My Role
Managed end-to-end production of institutional content tied to Key Flagships world wide, from creative brief and talent scouting to final delivery, digital and print adaptation, and worldwide deployment. Acted as the central coordination point across internal stakeholders, external creative partners, and global markets, managing timelines across multiple time zones and ensuring brand coherence at every touchpoint. Responsibilities included, contract management, and asset governance across all phases of production.
